We can't wait to make you something beautiful. We are a small, family-run business working hard to not only meet, but exceed your expectations. Please continue reading to understand our shipping and fulfillment policies. 

Shipping

To exchange an item, please reach out to us to receive your prepaid return shipping label. A $5 service fee will be charged. 

If you plan to ship your item back yourself, for your protection, we recommend that you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Cuteheads is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid. We do not refund shipping under any circumstance.

CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME IS 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. THIS MEANS THAT YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP WITHIN THAT WINDOW. If you need your order faster, please order RUSH MY ORDER and you will be moved to the front of the line. We will do our best to accommodate you.

We always recommend that you upgrade to Priority Shipping (2-3 days) or Express (1-2 days) if you are in a time crunch. We are not responsible for what happens once the package leaves our facility. We do not offer refunds for packages that do not arrive on time, if they are shipped within the shipping window.

Please note that upgrading to Priority or Express shipping does not mean we are able to process and ship out your order in less time. We truly wish we could meet that demand, but with a small team, that can be difficult! Everything we create is made by hand, fairly and sustainably. We always strive to ship your orders in less than our turnaround time (and usually do!), regardless of which shipping option you choose. 

To move your order to the front of the line, add Rush My Order to cart, and we’ll move it right to the front of the queue and ship it within 1-2 business days.

In the event that we are running behind our turnaround time, we can offer a refund. If your order has not shipped, we will refund shipping. If your order has already shipped, we cannot refund shipping. 

If you decide to cancel your order before it has shipped, we can cancel it within 24 hours. After 24 hours, we can offer a store credit. Everything is made by hand in the US by an incredibly talented group of seamstresses who are paid fairly, and once its made, we can offer store credit only.

FAQ

What is your turnaround time/how fast will my order ship?

You can expect a 5-7 business day turnaround time for most items, unless stated otherwise (see above). Custom or made-to-order items will normally ship in no more than 3 weeks from time of order unless otherwise specified. To request rush processing and shipping, please email info (at) cuteheads {dot} com before ordering. Orders often ship sooner, but please keep this in mind and let us know if you need your item(s) for a special occasion or by a particular date. We ship via USPS first class mail unless you have requested an upgrade. Once shipped, orders will typically arrive in 3-5 business days, but we cannot control the post office. Upgrade to Priority or Express shipping if you’re worried about your order arriving in time.

I'm unsure about sizing. Help!

We know that fit and quality are incredibly  important to you. It’s important to us too! If you have questions about fit or sizing, feel free to contact us. Cuteheads typically runs true to size if not slightly on the bigger side to give your little one plenty of room to grow. There’s nothing worse than ordering something you’re excited about and getting an item that’s too small.

How much is shipping and/or do you ship to address outside of the U.S.?

All USPS ground shipping within the United States is $3. We also offer priority, express and international shipping for additional costs. 

What kind of fabrics do you use?

We  use is 100% cotton, cotton/jersey blends, laces, linens, linen blends, and other soft, comfortable fabrics for your little ones. We only use the best quality fabrics to ensure our products last a long, long time.

Can I wash my cuteheads?

Yes you can! For items that are 100% cotton, you can machine- wash cool or cold, and we recommend handing dry or tumbling on low heat. For cotton/jersey items, feel free to wash and dry with like colors on low heat. For lace designs, we suggest dry cleaning. Spot treat tulle for stains. If you have questions about washing, feel free to email us. 

Are your products handmade?

Yes they are. We work in very small batches and inspect each piece for quality. Everything we do is handmade with love in Texas. All clothing handmade locally by cuteheads employees. Accessories may have been made available through partnerships with 3rd party vendors.

I’d like to place a wholesale order. How do I do that?

We work directly with a number of shops and boutiques  and would love to work with you too. In the top-right corner of our site, you will find a “Wholesale” tab. Simply fill out the form and we’ll get back to you. We also offer select products through Faire

I'm a blogger who would love to do a product feature/review/giveaway -or- a business owner who is interested in collaborating. Do you do that kind of thing?
