We could all use an extra nap or two, don't you think? Today's National Relaxation Day. Lou's ready with her cute cat nap mask.
While you may not have time for a nap, try one of these super-simple ideas:
- Meditate, or at least close your eyes and try to turn your brain off for a few minutes
- Take a few deep breaths
- Have a cup of decaf tea
- Listen to your favorite music
- Take a bath
- Do some exercises, either at your desk or at home for a few minutes
- Do an art project with your kiddos (print some Lou coloring pages & let them design their own Lou doodle!)
