Sandy Hook: here's how you can help.
If, like us, you've been struggling with last week's tragedy and what you can do to help the families directly affected, this is a list of reputable organizations to which you can donate or participate with in the effort to begin the healing process.
1. USPS - Send letters, care packages, and drawings to a dedicated P.O. Box, just for the families of Newtown. Send mail to:

2. Snowflakes for Sandy Hook: Help the students of Sandy Hook
have a winter wonderland at their new
school by creating paper snowflakes. Send
snowflakes to:

3. Memorial funds for individual children - If you would like to make
a donation to the memorial funds of one or more of the Sandy Hook
children who lost their lives, these are the requests of the families

Josephine Gay: In celebration of her joyful and giving spirit, a charitable fund is being created in her honor. Information about this fund and her life will be released to the media shortly.

Benjamin Wheeler: It is suggested that contributions in Benjamin's memory be made to the Benjamin Wheeler Fund. The B.C. Bailey Funeral Home of Wallingford has been entrusted with the arrangements.
